The Studio

Yoga offers you a conscious space in the day where you can enjoy being who you truly are. Give yourself just one hour a day to really connect with yourself. Yoga practise helps us to express ourselves both on and off the mat and offers a holistic way to deal with our emotions.  It promotes self-care and can show us that we already have everything that we need inside us.  Yippy Yoga  is a calm and serene place for you to practice Yoga, there is a spacious studio and classes are limited to 8 people to ensure there is plenty of room for you to move around.

There is a beautiful area to relax before and after classes if you choose with complimentary refreshments.

My classes

Hatha Yoga

The classes provide a blend of pranayama (breathwork)  meditation (concentration), relaxation, and asanas (postures) designed to stretch, strengthen and condition your body and improve mental clarity.

Ancient Yoga philosophy is woven through every class.

Well-being

The relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have.  It is a foundation on which other relationships grow. When you put yourself first you have more energy and love to share with others. Make yourself a priority everyday.
